PERSONAL COACHING AND CONSULTING

For those serious about changing their present circumstances and who are ready to take independent action toward self development, one-on-one coaching is the ideal choice.

Personal coaching involves one-on-one 30-minute sessions designed for a 90 day period, twice monthly for a total of 6 telephone meetings where the client will agree to the expectations for results and commit to taking the desired action based on desired goals. This is about stepping up your game and claiming your true identity through the Power of Purpose, Power of Choice, Power of Meaning, Power of Contribution.

One day seminars for youth groups and youth service providers

Empowerment Coaching Programs have the attitude-of-servitude as the call to action. This program is designed to bring individual awareness to the essence of God in our human form, the inherent power of choice, the learnable options and solutions for powerful life-management, the emotional call for a renewed vision for life and purpose through action, selfless service, and contribution. (Ages 12-18)

Bridges 2 Empowerment Programs have leadership and social enterprise as the focal point. The programs are designed for youth, parents and adults who care for youth, and who want to establish a platform of cooperative team playing through "youth-adult" partnerships as the solution to powerfully face and combat 21st Century Challenges, while maximizing opportunity for growth and leadership. (Ages 12 and above)

Groups

Power 2BeU "Slice-of-Life" Key Notes– available for schools and organizations.

This is a 1-2 hour keynote interactive lesson highlighting life and personal development education, leadership principles, faith-based motivation and a mission for servitude.

Power 2BeU Youth Coaching Program "Science of Belief Technology" – Ideal for non-profit student groups. This interactive program is based on the principle of accelerated and immersion learning. It is a 12-month Youth Leadership Program delivered one Saturday per month. Coaching facilitation provided by the Rise 2Win 4 OUR Youth Network Partnership.

Essential Youth Coaching Skills Course: Certified Youth Coaching Program presented in partnership with the Youth Coaching Academy, UK. This program is for the committed individual who seeks skills, youth coaching education and wants to maximize their impact with youth and the community for long-term change. It is comprehensive and is supported with international success. Limited seating due to content depth and individual guidance from facilitators.* You will be equipped to lead and train others in community and school-based coaching.
